L'HISTOIRE : Sonny et Steven sont frères. Arrivés de Chine ils tentent de survivre dans le New York des années 80 en rejoignant le gang de Chinatown "The Green Dragons". Sonny et Steven grimpent rapidement les échelons, mais bien vite Sonny se désolidarise de l'organisation et de son frère.
